Imperial Constitution
You will find below the various articles forming the constitution of the Empire of Emptiness
Article 1 :
The Empire of Emptiness ensures equality before the law for all citizens without distinction of gender, origin, species, or religion. It respects all beliefs and non-beliefs and accepts the fact that a citizen may hold multiple nationalities.
Article 2 :
Any space not occupied by something material or visible belongs to the Empire, until the emptiness is filled. It also claims the empty space within the skulls of Politicians, Hyperpolluters, and anyone responsible for unjustified verbal, psychological, or physical violence against any living being.
Article 3 :
Every citizen is free to fill the Emptiness in their own way, as long as they respect that of others.
Article 4 :
Any living and physical being can apply for naturalisation, in exchange for which they commit to extending or modifying the borders of the Empire at least once a month. They will then be asked to complete the DDN-01 form
A citizen of the Empire may choose to renounce their citizenship whenever they wish and without being asked for any form of justification.
Article 5 :
Every citizen of the Empire is the Minister of their own Ministry. They announce the Imperial position they wish to hold when applying for naturalisation. A citizen must be able to justify their ministry in a maximum of 5 words.
Article 6 :
Every citizen commits to clearing their mind whenever they can.
Article 7 :
The national day of the Empire does not have a fixed date. It is up to each citizen to celebrate the Empire on the day they choose. They will then perform the ceremony of the minute of emptiness: a minute of silence where they do nothing.
Article 8 :
Every citizen commits to always having at least a little bit of emptiness within reach.
Article 9 :
Every citizen has the inalienable right to imagine an emptiness greater than that of others, but without ever seeking to prove that they are superior.
Article 10 :
The Empire of the Emptiness prohibits any act or word that seeks to "fill the emptiness of others without their consent." Leaving the emptiness undisturbed is an imperial virtue.
Article 11 :
The Empire recognises the right to creative emptiness. Every citizen can invent absurd or useless concepts to enrich the Ministries and the intangible heritage of the Empire.
Article 12 :
Any individual caught claiming the emptiness of another incurs a fine of ___ €.
Article 13 :
The Empire recognises "domestic black holes" (such as socks disappearing in the washing machine or vanished pens) as imperial annexes.
Article 14 :
Every citizen must remember that the emptiness belongs to everyone and cannot be confined.
Article 15 :
Any empty box can be celebrated as an imperial temple.
